These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of PrivacySecure for WhatsApp Web and DataVeil — Excel Anonymizer by Authentic Technologies. By purchasing a licence or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Licences

1.1 PrivacySecure for WhatsApp Web

PrivacySecure is a Chromium browser extension (Manifest V3) that blurs sensitive content on web.whatsapp.com during screen shares, presentations, and recordings. A valid annual licence is required after the free trial period.

1.2 DataVeil — Excel Anonymizer

DataVeil is a browser-based tool that anonymizes and de-anonymizes sensitive data in Excel files. It runs entirely in your browser; no data is uploaded to our servers. A valid annual licence is required after the free trial period.

1.3 Licence Terms

Each licence is valid for 1 year from the date of issue
Each licence is issued to a single named user and is non-transferable
DataVeil licences are bound to a single device (browser/device fingerprint). Contact support to reset the device binding
PrivacySecure licences are tied to your licence key entered in the extension
Licences may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST
Payment is via UPI (manual transfer). Your order will be reviewed and confirmed by our team within 24 hours of verified payment
A GST-compliant tax invoice will be emailed to you upon order confirmation
Orders not paid within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled
We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion

3. Refund Policy

Payment made but order not confirmed within 48 hours	Full refund within 5 business days
Licence key not delivered after order confirmation	Full refund or re-issuance at your choice
Technical issue preventing product from working, not resolved within 7 days	Full refund
Change of mind after licence key is issued	No refund (digital goods, licence already activated)
Duplicate purchase (same product, same email)	Full refund of the duplicate order

To request a refund, email autech1402@gmail.com with your order reference number. Refunds are processed back to the original UPI account within 5–7 business days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Share, sell, or distribute your licence key to others
Attempt to bypass or circumvent the licence validation system
Use the software for any unlawful purpose
Use DataVeil to anonymize data for the purpose of evading legal obligations or deceiving regulators

Violation of these terms will result in immediate licence revocation without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, code, design, and content is the exclusive intellectual property of Authentic Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software during the licence period. No ownership is transferred.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Authentic Technologies does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all browser versions or operating systems.

PrivacySecure blurs content based on WhatsApp Web's current HTML structure. WhatsApp UI changes may temporarily affect blur coverage. We aim to release compatibility updates promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Authentic Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.

8. Age Restriction

Our products are intended for users aged 18 and above. By purchasing a licence, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes your acceptance. Existing licence holders will be notified by email of significant changes.
